What is Kalü?
Kalü is a 6-in-1 nutricosmetic drink made from ube (purple yam), plant-based ceramides, ashwagandha, natural vitamin C (acerola), zinc, and acacia fiber. A daily beauty ritual to sip on to nourish your skin from within.

What does Kalü taste like?
Kalü has a naturally vanilla and gourmet taste thanks to its natural vanilla flavor and the sweet notes of ube. It pairs particularly well with oat milk for a purple latte that is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Does Kalü contain sugar?
Kalü contains no added sugars or sweeteners. The natural sugar content is only 0.4g per 5g serving.

Is Kalü vegan?
Yes, Kalü is 100% vegan. It contains no animal-derived ingredients, including no marine collagen.

Is Kalü preservative-free?
Yes, Kalü is formulated without preservatives.

What is the complete composition of Kalü?
Ube (Discorea alata), acacia fiber, natural vanilla flavor, acerola extract titrated in vitamin C, ashwagandha, plant-based ceramides, zinc bisglycinate.

What is the caloric value of Kalü?
Only 16.6 kcal per 5g serving. Kalü is an ultra-light drink.

Is Kalü suitable for athletes?
Yes. Kalü's active ingredients support skin health and general well-being, making it a suitable supplement for regular sports practice.

Is Kalü suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
No. Kalü is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The formula contains ashwagandha, an adaptogen that has muscle-relaxing properties not recommended during pregnancy. If in doubt, consult your doctor or midwife before consumption.

Is Kalü made in France?
Yes, Kalü is formulated and manufactured in France.

Does Kalü contain gluten?
The formula contains plant-based ceramides derived from wheat. If you are gluten-sensitive or celiac, consult your doctor before consumption.

Is Kalü suitable for diabetics?
Kalü does not contain added sugars. However, if you have diabetes or a metabolic condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before consumption.

USAGE

How to prepare Kalü?
Dilute 1 scoop (5g) in a little hot water at a maximum of 70°C to preserve the vitamins. Then add 200ml of water, milk, or plant-based milk. Oat milk pairs particularly well with ube.

Why not exceed 70°C?
Vitamin C and the anthocyanins in ube are heat-sensitive. A temperature above 70°C risks degrading these active ingredients and reducing their effectiveness.

Can Kalü be consumed cold?
Yes. You can dissolve the powder in a little warm water and then add cold milk or ice for a refreshing version.

When should Kalü be taken?
Kalü should be consumed once a day, preferably in the morning as part of a regular well-being ritual.

How long does one box last?
A 140g box contains 28 servings, which is a 28-day program at 5g per day.

Can Kalü be consumed with other food supplements?
Kalü can be consumed in conjunction with other supplements. However, be sure not to exceed the recommended daily intake of vitamin C and zinc. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

How to store Kalü?
Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Close the box carefully after each use. Keep out of reach of young children.

RESULTS

How long does it take to see results?
Kalü's plant-based ceramides have been clinically studied. An improvement in hydration is measurable from day 15. Effects on elasticity and reduction of micro-wrinkles are observed at 60 days. The recommended program is a minimum of 28 days.

Can Kalü replace my moisturizer?
Kalü and your cream work in a complementary way. The cream hydrates the surface, while Kalü rebuilds the skin barrier from within and stimulates the natural production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Combining the two is the most complete inside-out beauty approach.

Does Kalü work on all skin types?
Yes. Kalü acts on fundamental skin mechanisms beneficial to all skin types. It is particularly recommended for stressed, dehydrated, or dull skin.

How many courses of treatment are needed for lasting results?
We recommend a minimum of 3 months of treatment for visible and lasting results, the time of a complete skin renewal cycle.

PRECAUTIONS

Are there any contraindications?
Consult a doctor before consuming Kalü if you have thyroid, liver, heart, or hyperandrogenism conditions, or if you are undergoing sedative treatment. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Does Kalü replace a balanced diet?
No. Kalü is a food supplement and does not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Is Kalü suitable for children?
No. Kalü is formulated for adults only. Keep out of reach of young children.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped via Colissimo. Usual delivery times are 2 to 5 business days in mainland France.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for purchases over €80. For subscriptions, delivery is free from the first order.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver internationally. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your destination country.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured via Shopify.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
An order can only be modified or canceled if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly at contact@kalu-ube.com.

Can I return my product?
In accordance with the Hamon law, food and nutricosmetic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, Kalü cannot be returned or refunded after purchase, whether opened or not.

What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package is damaged upon receipt, take a photo before opening and contact us at contact@kalu-ube.com. In case of a lost package, we will open an investigation with Colissimo and find a solution with you.

SUBSCRIPTION

How does the Kalü subscription work?
The Kalü subscription allows you to automatically receive your box every 4 weeks with a 9% discount on the unit price. Delivery is free on all subscriptions.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, i.e., 3 deliveries. After this period, you are free to cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation can be done directly from your Shopify customer account, in the "Manage my subscription" section, after the minimum commitment period of 3 months.

Can I modify my subscription?
Yes. You can modify the frequency or pause your subscription from your Shopify customer account after the minimum commitment period of 3 months.

Can I offer a Kalü subscription as a gift?
To gift Kalü, we recommend opting for the purchase of one or more boxes as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, which is nominative and linked to a customer account.
